If anything narrative point or descriptive peices is not within an approved sheet or lore description, it does not exhist in the game. If the Players are not satisfied with the rules in their current state, they can propose to the GM alterations or additions. Rules are subject to change, and are not final.ħ. Fortunately, cloning technology is rampant in this RP.Ħ. If they wish to resolve it via debate in the OOC, they may do so.ĥ. If the Players wish to resolve it via dice rolls, they may do so. Conflict between either PC or NPCs will be determined by discussion in the OOC, and can be resolved in any way deemed satisfactory by the Players involved.
Actions of these NPC will be determined by the needs of the arc, which will be discussed in the OOCĤ. Players can create and control NPC within their created arcs, and do not require an character sheet in order to introduce within the game. Anybody, players or GM, can propose an event arc, in which NPC's interact with PC to create conflict aka plot. Player Characters will be defined by character sheets, which must be reviewed by the GM before being placed within the world.ģ.
